Celebrate the start of ski season with an evening that brings the mountain community together. The First Stop Ski & Snowboard Film Fest, powered by Salomon, returns to the Paramount Theatre in Rutland on Saturday, November 22, 2025, for a night of high-energy films, prizes, and pure stoke.
Hosted by First Stop Board Barn—Killington’s family-owned ski, snowboard, and bike shop since 1979—the festival showcases some of the year’s best ski and snowboard films from around the world, plus a short feature from a local Killington athlete. All proceeds benefit Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports, helping individuals with disabilities experience the joy of outdoor recreation.
