What is the difference between ski-in, ski-out and ski back?
Ski-in, ski-out properties allow you to ski directly to lifts at or near the complexes. Ski-back properties, on the other hand, have a dedicated trail back to the complex without a lift. For ski-back properties, you can either rideshare to the lifts or take the shuttle to Killington Resort. For more information, see our Killington condo rentals pages.
Do you have private hot tubs or shared hot tubs?
We offer both rentals with private hot tubs and ones with communal hot tubs in the complex. In general, the condo complexes' hot tubs are shared, typically located in a common area such as an indoor pool. Some of our private homes, however, have private hot tubs.
What is your pet policy for Killington vacation rentals?
Not all of our Killington rentals are pet-friendly. Those that allow pets charge a one-time $250 pet fee in addition to your nightly rate. If you bring a pet to a property that isn't pet-friendly, a $500 cleaning charge will be added to your total. For more information see our vacation rental policies page.
What amenities do your Killington rentals offer?
Specific amenities vary by property type and by complex. Most Killington vacation rentals include:
