Welcome to Valley Park, a comfortable and affordable mountain retreat just minutes from Killington Resort. This inviting two-bedroom condominium comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is the perfect home base for families and small groups looking to enjoy Vermont's year-round outdoor adventures.

Conveniently located just five miles from Killington Ski Resort and only a short drive from the Skyeship Gondola, Valley Park offers easy access to skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, golf, and everything the Killington area has to offer.

The main level features a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats six, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and a television for added comfort. The second bedroom is ideal for families or children, offering a bunk bed with a twin-over-full configuration plus an additional twin bed. A full bathroom completes the upper level.

Whether you're planning a ski weekend, summer getaway, or fall foliage vacation, Valley Park offers the perfect combination of comfort, value, and a convenient Killington location for your next Vermont escape.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.

- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.

- Firewood is provided for your convenience.

- All TVs are streaming only. To access content, you will need to log in to your account. Thank you!

- Important Notice - Please be aware that this unit does not have a washer/dryer. Thank you for your understanding!

- A security deposit of $500 is required on the morning of arrival. Please see our policy page/house rules for additional details.

- There is no shuttle service from the property.

- Please note that parking is limited to two cars directly in front of the unit, though additional parking is available nearby.

- A vehicle is necessary for getting to restaurants, shops, and around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.
