The spacious living room welcomes you with a wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere for après-ski relaxation. A 40” flat-screen TV is available for streaming only, and sliding glass doors lead to a private deck with beautiful views.

The condo offers two comfortable bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for families or groups.

An entryway mudroom provides convenient storage for ski gear and winter essentials.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.

Located just steps from the lifts, Sunrise Village offers true ski-in/ski-out access when conditions allow. Guests also enjoy access to the Sunrise Sports Center, featuring an indoor pool, an indoor hot tub, and a fitness center.

Whether you're visiting for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, or simply relaxing in the Green Mountains, Sunrise Village offers the perfect blend of mountain luxury and year-round adventure.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property. This property is not pet-friendly for guest stays; however, pets may occasionally visit the home. Guests with allergies should be aware that pet dander may be present.

- Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.

- Ski In/Ski Out trail is dependent on natural snow.

- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.

- A security deposit of $500 is required on the morning of arrival. Please see our policy page/house rules for additional details.

- Sunrise Commons & Sports Center hours vary depending on the Season. Please check their site for updated operating hours /home/sunrise-commons/

West Glade L3
My husband and I stayed at L3 for 2 and a half months and it really suited our needs. It was a little dated but the rental rate was more important that bells and whistles. We were right on the Sun Dog ski trail which was quite convenient for mountain biking. We also used the outdoor pool, tennis courts and the workout room which was a big bonus! The owners were very accommodating on a few requests such as getting us a blender, new bed quilt, Tupperware and a few minor repairs and the management company made it all happen in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this as an LTR.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. I love the bunk beds for the kids. Unfortunately, the trail to the condo wasn’t open right before Christmas in December. We knew this was a risk but it was still a bummer. The Bear Mountain parking lot was very close. Also, as noted by other guests there is no hair dryer, so make sure to pack one if needed. Beds were clean and comfortable.
