The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The dining area comfortably seats six, perfect for shared meals or evening gatherings. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.

The spacious living room features a wood-burning fireplace and a 40” flat-screen TV, streaming only, creating a warm and welcoming space for après-ski relaxation. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck with beautiful mountain views, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space if needed.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom features double bunk beds, ideal for kids or extra guests, along with a flat-screen TV.

An entryway mudroom provides convenient storage for ski gear and winter essentials, making it easy to gear up for your next adventure.

Guests enjoy access to the Sunrise Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and an outdoor hot tub open for the winter season, an ideal way to relax after a day on the slopes.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.

- Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.

- Ski In/Ski Out trail is dependent on natural snow.

- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.

- A security deposit of $500 is required on the morning of arrival. Please see our policy page/house rules for additional details.

- A vehicle is required for getting to restaurants, shops, and around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.

- Firewood is provided for your convenience.

- Sunrise Commons & Sports Center hours vary depending on the Season. Please check their site for updated operating hours /home/sunrise-commons/

o Facilities are “Use at your own risk.”

o Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for all activities.
