Enjoy classic Vermont ski living in this cozy and well-located three-bedroom, two-bath condo, offering true ski-in/ski-out convenience just steps (approximately 50 yards) from the trail. Whether you’re spending your days on the mountain or relaxing indoors, this inviting home has everything you need for a comfortable Killington getaway.
The main level features a welcoming living room with a wood-burning fireplace — the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment, while the adjacent dining area seats six and is ideal for shared meals, games, or evening conversation. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals at home. This level also offers a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom for added convenience.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: a second queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds, making the layout well-suited for families or groups. A second full bathroom is also located on this level, along with an in-unit washer and dryer to keep ski gear fresh and ready for the next day.
Guests enjoy access to the Sunrise Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and an outdoor hot tub open for the winter season — a perfect way to relax and recharge after time outdoors.

  • Our property has a no-smoking policy.  No smoking of any kind is allowed.  There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
  • Our property is not pet-friendly.  Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
  • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
  • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
  • Ski In/Ski Out trail is dependent on natural snow.
  • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
  • Sunrise Commons & Sports Center hours vary depending on the Season.  Please check their site for updated operating hours https://sunrisevt.com/home/sunrise-commons/
    • Facilities are “Use at your own risk.”
    • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for all activities.

This was our first visit to Killington and the location and the condo did not disappoint. It had snowed the night before our arrival so the Sunrise run and lift right next to the condo were both open allowing easy ski on/off access to the mountain. If the trail/lift are not open, the lodge for Bear Mountain is a few minutes away by car. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything you want for a ski trip. The condo association has firewood available in each area, so building a fire after skiiing was a breeze. The recreational area is small but has a heated pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym. Bring your own pool towels however, because they are not provided in the rec area or the condo. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Smooth and easy transaction. Property was super clean, easy check-in/out and the amazing location. Close to everything and worth the $$ for the ski in/out! We would definitely stay in this location again!
