The welcoming living room is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes, featuring a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with cable, VCR, and DVD player. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats six, providing the perfect gathering place for breakfast before skiing or dinner after a day of adventure. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience for extended stays.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a 19-inch flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests, offering a twin bunk bed, a 9-inch television, and a private ensuite bathroom. A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area.

The Village Square at Pico is a family-oriented community that values a peaceful, safe, and quiet atmosphere. To help ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, renters must be at least 25 years of age, quiet hours are observed daily from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
