Welcome to Highridge J5B, a comfortable one-bedroom mountain retreat located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road. Perfect for couples or small families, this inviting condo comfortably sleeps four and offers the perfect combination of classic Vermont charm and modern convenience.

The welcoming living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and queen sleeper sofa, creating the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a flat-top electric range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, four-slice toaster, and 12-cup coffee maker, while the dining area comfortably seats six for gathering with family and friends.

The spacious bedroom features a king bed and flat-screen TV, while the full bathroom includes a private sauna, providing the perfect place to unwind after skiing, hiking, or mountain biking.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Whether you're relaxing by the fire, enjoying the private sauna, or exploring everything Killington has to offer, Highridge J5B provides the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm for an unforgettable getaway.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.

- Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo

- EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.

- Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

- The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.

- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.

- Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.

- A security deposit of $500 is required on the morning of your arrival. Please see our policy page/house rules for additional details.

- Firewood is provided for your convenience.

- A vehicle is required for getting to restaurants, shops, and around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.
