Welcome to the Highridge Hotel Unit, a cozy hotel-style retreat located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, this comfortable room offers a queen bed, private full bathroom, and all the essentials for a relaxing Vermont getaway.

The room features a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and comfortable furnishings, providing a convenient place to unwind after a day on the slopes or trails. While this hotel-style unit does not include a kitchen, living area, or fireplace, guests enjoy access to the outstanding amenities throughout the Highridge community.

*Please note that this hotel-style suite does not include a kitchen or living room. It can be rented on its own or together with the adjoining one-bedroom condo to create a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation for larger groups.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, shared sauna, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Whether you're visiting for a ski weekend, mountain adventure, or relaxing escape, the Highridge Hotel Unit provides a comfortable and convenient home base for experiencing the best of Killington.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.

- Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo

- EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.

- Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

- The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.

- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.

- Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.

- A security deposit of $150 is required on the morning of your arrival. Please see our policy page/house rules for additional details.

- Firewood is provided for your convenience.

- A vehicle is required for getting to restaurants, shops, and around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.
