Welcome to Highridge I6, a beautifully designed one-bedroom condo just minutes from Killington’s base lodges. This inviting mountain escape combines Vermont charm with modern comfort, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families looking to unwind after a day of adventure.

The spacious living area features a wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV—perfect for cozy evenings in. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for effortless dining, including a full-size stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The adjoining dining area offers a comfortable space to enjoy meals or plan your next day on the mountain.

The bedroom includes a plush queen bed and plenty of storage, while the full bathroom offers both comfort and convenience. A private washer and dryer make longer stays easy, and complimentary Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected throughout your visit.

Guests also enjoy access to the Highridge Sports Center, featuring an indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, a fitness room, a game room, and a sauna. Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival.

On weekends and holidays, a complimentary shuttle runs to and from the slopes, and when conditions allow, you can ski right back home via the ski-home trail.
Whether you’re here to ski, hike, or simply relax in the peace of Vermont’s Green Mountains, Highridge I6 offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and Killington charm.

Things to keep in Mind:

Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.
Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information.
Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.

Overall

Very cozy and welcoming for our family of 4. The kitchen had all the basic necessities, everything was clean and tidy, plenty of warm blankets, the bed was comfortable. We liked that the sports center was about a one-minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.
