Welcome to Highridge I3, a comfortable and well-appointed two-bedroom condo with a sleeping nook and two and a half baths, located just minutes from the Killington base lodges. Tucked into the scenic Highridge community, this inviting retreat combines the best of mountain charm and modern convenience, ideal for families or groups looking for space and comfort during their Killington getaway.

The open living area features a wood-burning fireplace, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining area provides plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed as well. A sleeping nook with twin bunk beds provides additional cozy sleeping space for kids or extra guests. With two and a half bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to get ready and relax. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a free shuttle runs on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.

- Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo

- EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.

- Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

- The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.

- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.

- Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.

- A security deposit of $500 is required on the morning of your arrival. Please see our policy page/house rules for additional details.

- Firewood is provided for your convenience.
