Welcome to Highridge E1, a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath mountain retreat located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road. Combining modern comforts with classic Vermont charm, this inviting end-unit condo comfortably sleeps six and is the perfect home base for families, couples, and remote workers looking to experience Killington year-round.

The open living area features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and flat-screen TVs, creating the perfect space to relax after a day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen was updated with brand-new appliances in 2024 and includes everything needed to prepare meals at home. High-speed Wi-Fi and two dedicated workspaces make it easy to stay connected while enjoying the mountains.

The spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed with a memory foam mattress and plush down featherbed, while the second bedroom features queen-over-queen bunk beds, providing comfortable accommodations for families and groups. Both bathrooms feature radiant floor heating, and the condo also includes a private in-unit sauna and whirlpool tub for the ultimate après-ski experience.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Whether you're skiing, mountain biking, working remotely, or simply relaxing by the fire after a day of adventure, Highridge E1 offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and luxury for an unforgettable Killington getaway.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees may apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.

- Pool towels for the Sports Center are provided in the condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the condo.

- EV chargers cannot be used until registration is complete. Early registration is required, and guests must download the SWTCH app to register.

- Shuttle service is offered during the winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

- The ski-home trail is dependent on natural snow conditions.

- Some third-party booking sites may categorize this property as ski-in/ski-out. The condos offer ski-home access only, weather permitting, and we are unable to change how third-party sites display their categories or amenities.

- Minimum age to rent this condo is 24.

- The Highridge Sports Center is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days per week.

- A $500 security deposit is required on the morning of arrival. Please see our Policy page or House Rules for additional details.

- Firewood is provided for your convenience.

-A vehicle is necessary for getting to restaurants, shops, and around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.

Lovely stay
We wanted a quick long weekend getaway during peak foliage season, and this place did not disappoint! It’s in a beautiful area, super convenient to the mountain and little shops. The decor was cozy and was perfect size for our family of 4. My teenage son loved the pool and game room. We would definitely stay here again! Accurate description, and property management was super fast to respond when we locked ourselves out over the weekend :)

Great condo! Clean and well equipped. Easy access to the mountain via the shuttle stop across the parking lot at the entrance of complex. It's a short walk. Keyless access to condo; however, we had to go to a nearby inn to give security deposit and to obtain code. Perhaps, the property manager could streamline and take security through VRBO and give access code via email to condo
