Welcome to Highridge D19, a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath mountain retreat located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road. Offering comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests, a private sauna, and a whirlpool tub, this inviting condo is the perfect home base for families and groups looking to experience the best of Killington throughout the year.

The main level features a warm and welcoming living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and sleeper sofa, creating the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, including an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, while the dining area comfortably seats six with additional seating for two. An in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience throughout your stay.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom featuring a luxurious whirlpool tub. A second bedroom with two twin beds and an additional full bathroom completes the main level.

Upstairs, you'll find a private queen bedroom with a TV and an attached full bathroom featuring a private sauna, creating the perfect retreat to unwind after skiing, hiking, or mountain biking.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Whether you're relaxing by the fire, soaking in the whirlpool tub, enjoying the private sauna, or exploring everything Killington has to offer, Highridge D19 provides the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and classic Vermont mountain charm.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property. This property is not pet-friendly for guest stays; however, the owners do have pets that occasionally visit the home. Guests with allergies should be aware that pet dander may be present.

- Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo

- EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.

- Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

- The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.

- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.

- Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.

- Some third-party booking sites may categorize this property as ski-in/ski-out. The condos offer ski-home access only, weather permitting, and we are unable to change how third-party sites display their categories or amenities.

- A security deposit of $500 is required on the morning of your arrival. Please see our policy page/house rules for additional details.
