Welcome to Highridge C1, a beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath mountain retreat located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road. Offering classic Vermont charm and comfortable accommodations for up to six guests, this inviting condo is the perfect home base for year-round adventures.

The welcoming living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and sleeper sofa, creating the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, including an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, while the dining area comfortably seats six for gathering with family and friends.

The spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed and TV, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom. A second full bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience throughout your stay.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Whether you're relaxing by the fire after a day on the mountain or exploring everything Killington has to offer, Highridge C1 provides the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm for an unforgettable getaway.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.

- Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo

- EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.

- Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

- The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.

- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.

- Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.

- A vehicle is required for getting to restaurants, shops, and getting around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.

- A security deposit of $500 is required on the morning of your arrival. Please see our policy page/house rules for additional details.

- Firewood is provided for your convenience.
