Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.
Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.
Whether you're visiting for a ski weekend, mountain adventure, or peaceful Vermont escape, Highridge B9A provides a comfortable and convenient home base for experiencing the very best of Killington.
Things to keep in mind:
- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.
- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property. This property is not pet-friendly for guest stays; however, the owners do have pets that occasionally visit the home. Guests with allergies should be aware that pet dander may be present
- Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.
- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo
- EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.
- Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
- The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
- Some third-party booking sites may categorize this property as ski-in/ski-out. The condos offer ski-home access only, weather permitting, and we are unable to change how third-party sites display their categories or amenities.
- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
- Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.
- A security deposit of $150 is required on the morning of your arrival. Please see our policy page/house rules for additional details.
- A vehicle is necessary for getting to restaurants, shops, and around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.
- Firewood is provided for your convenience.
