As you enter the main level, you'll find a cozy living room featuring a sleeper sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures. The dining room comfortably seats five, with three additional seats at the breakfast bar, making it ideal for family meals or gatherings with friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, providing everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. On this level, you'll also find a welcoming queen bedroom and a full bathroom.

Venture to the lower level to discover the master suite, which features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom complete with a sauna, perfect for unwinding after an exciting day. A washer and dryer add convenience to your stay.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees may apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.

- Pool towels for the Sports Center are provided in the condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the condo.

- EV chargers cannot be used until registration is complete. Early registration is required, and guests must download the SWTCH app to register.

- Shuttle service is offered during the winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

- The ski-home trail is dependent on natural snow conditions.

-Some third-party booking sites may categorize this property as ski-in/ski-out. The condos offer ski-home access only, weather permitting, and we are unable to change how third-party sites display their categories or amenities.

- Minimum age to rent this condo is 24.

- The Highridge Sports Center is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days per week.

- A $500 security deposit is required on the morning of arrival. Please see our Policy page or House Rules for additional details.

- Firewood is provided for your convenience.

-A vehicle is necessary for getting to restaurants, shops, and around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.
