The main level features a bright and welcoming living room with a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, and large windows showcasing some of the best slope views in Highridge. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the scenery after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, including an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, while the dining area comfortably seats eight for gathering with family and friends.

The main level also includes a queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom featuring a relaxing whirlpool tub, along with a spacious king bedroom and an additional full bathroom, providing comfortable accommodations and privacy for guests.

The lower level offers an additional queen bedroom with its own attached full bathroom, creating a private retreat for family or friends. This level also features a private sauna, the perfect place to unwind after skiing, hiking, or mountain biking, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Step outside onto the lower deck and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Whether you're gathered around the fire after a day on the slopes, relaxing in the sauna, or taking in the breathtaking mountain views from the balcony, Highridge B1 offers the perfect combination of space, comfort, and year-round Vermont adventure.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.

- Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo

- EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.

- Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

- The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.

- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.

- Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.
