Welcome to Highridge A6, a beautifully decorated two-bedroom mountain retreat located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road. Just minutes from the base lodges, this inviting condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and year-round adventure for families and small groups.

The open living area features a warm and welcoming wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and beautiful mountain views, creating the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, including an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, while the dining table comfortably seats six for gathering with family and friends. An in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience throughout your stay.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom features a king bed, providing spacious accommodations for up to six guests with the addition of the queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Whether you're skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or simply relaxing by the fire, Highridge A6 offers a comfortable mountain getaway with beautiful views and easy access to everything Killington has to offer.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees may apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.

- Pool towels for the Sports Center are provided in the condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the condo.

- EV chargers cannot be used until registration is complete. Early registration is required, and guests must download the SWTCH app to register.

- Shuttle service is offered during the winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

- The ski-home trail is dependent on natural snow conditions.

-Some third-party booking sites may categorize this property as ski-in/ski-out. The condos offer ski-home access only, weather permitting, and we are unable to change how third-party sites display their categories or amenities.

- Minimum age to rent this condo is 24.

- The Highridge Sports Center is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days per week.

- A $500 security deposit is required on the morning of arrival. Please see our Policy page or House Rules for additional details.

- Firewood is provided for your convenience.

-A vehicle is necessary for getting to restaurants, shops, and around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.

-This unit does not have a working whirlpool tub or sauna.
