Welcome to Highridge A3, a beautifully renovated three-bedroom condominium with a cozy loft, offering the perfect combination of mountain comfort, modern updates, and stunning valley views. Located at the base of Killington Mountain, this spacious retreat is ideal for ski vacations, family getaways, and year-round adventures.

The main level features a bright and inviting living room with a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, and access to a covered balcony overlooking the valley and surrounding mountains. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the dining area comfortably seats six with additional breakfast bar seating.

The main level also offers a queen bedroom and a king primary bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a relaxing sauna. A second full bathroom provides added convenience for guests.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with two twin beds, an additional full bathroom, and a cozy loft with a double bed, creating flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Whether you're relaxing by the fire after a day on the slopes or enjoying spectacular mountain sunsets from the balcony, Highridge A3 offers everything you need for an unforgettable Killington getaway.

Things to keep in mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees may apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.

- Pool towels for the Sports Center are provided in the condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the condo.

- EV chargers cannot be used until registration is complete. Early registration is required, and guests must download the SWTCH app to register.

- Shuttle service is offered during the winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

- The ski-home trail is dependent on natural snow conditions.

-Some third-party booking sites may categorize this property as ski-in/ski-out. The condos offer ski-home access only, weather permitting, and we are unable to change how third-party sites display their categories or amenities.

- Minimum age to rent this condo is 24.

- The Highridge Sports Center is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days per week.

- A $500 security deposit is required on the morning of arrival. Please see our Policy page or House Rules for additional details.

- Firewood is provided for your convenience.

-A vehicle is necessary for getting to restaurants, shops, and around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.

Stairways to Heaven
Killington Rentals couldn’t have been more helpful in preparing for a return visit after a 13 year “pause” where prior visits covered more than 40 consecutive years of enjoyable Columbus Day Weekend stays by my Brother Pete, friends and family. A definite call out to Alicia for her help, guidance and patience with our return to The Highridge Condos. With a number of calls to her office with questions that kept popping up, she was so friendly and provided a personal comfort with every call I made

Though our stay called for some good stairway climbing with 6 of us in our senior years, we considered it some good exercise, for when we arrived at our Condo we couldn’t be more pleased with the coziness and cleanliness greeting us for the weekend. The views out the windows had us high up in the trees with beautiful view of the mountains and ski hills. With our usual gondola ride up the mountain and still making the climb to the top after(��������‍♂️������), and our one night out for dinner, we found ourselves enjoying more time at the condo, enjoying many fires with the provided wood, playing games and just enjoying our company and surroundings.
I would highly recommend a visit through Killington Rentals - if you’re looking for that warm and friendly interaction!

I loved staying here! It was very cozy and clean. The location was very convenient for what we needed. The heated pool was lovely. And the guy who checked us in and out was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is clean and as shown in the photos. Great place to stay as it is conveniently located for either driving or taking the shuttle. Place was very clean and welcoming. The management company was great and very responsive. Check in and out was a breeze.

Beautiful mountain views! The condo was very comfortable, clean, and ideally situated to the main road and ski area. Amenities were easy to access and enjoyed. We appreciated the clear check-in and check-out instructions, and the prompt support when needed. Highly recommend!
