This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring a cozy ambiance with modern amenities. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a bunk bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. There are two full bathrooms, one with a jetted tub and a private sauna for your convenience and pleasure.

Step into the open-concept living area, where you can unwind by the fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, complete with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with essential cookware and dining utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to the balcony for a breath of fresh air and views of the serene woods.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a free shuttle runs on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

In warmer months, hiking and biking trails are just outside your door, and the Killington Golf Course is less than a mile away. After a day of adventure, you can relax on the property's serene wooded grounds or enjoy a quiet evening by the fire.

Things to keep in Mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.

- Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.

- Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo

- EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.

- Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

- The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.

- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.

- Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.
