Welcome to Edgemont, a cozy mountain retreat ideally located at the base of Killington Resort. This comfortable one-bedroom condo offers an affordable and convenient home base for couples or small families looking to enjoy Vermont's four-season playground.

After a day on the slopes, hiking trails, or golf course, relax in the inviting living room featuring a wood-burning potbelly stove, radiant heated floors throughout most of the condo (excluding the bedroom), a queen sleeper sofa, and a 50-inch flat-screen HDTV. Step outside onto the small patio and enjoy the fresh mountain air, though access may be limited during winters with heavy snowfall.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats four, perfect for family meals, game nights, or planning the next day's adventures.

The private bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, providing a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring Killington.

Located just minutes from skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and golf, Edgemont offers exceptional convenience year-round. Winter guests can enjoy ski-home access when conditions allow, while summer visitors will appreciate the proximity to the Killington Golf Course and Clubhouse.

Whether you're visiting for outdoor adventure or a relaxing mountain getaway, this charming Edgemont condo delivers comfort, value, and an unbeatable Killington location.

Things to keep in Mind:

- Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.

- Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.

- Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.

- Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

- The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.

- Firewood is provided for your convenience.

- Laundry facilities are available in Building C. Don't forget to bring your quarters!
