Charming Entrance Level:

As you enter, a welcoming mudroom provides a convenient spot for your gear. This level features a cozy bedroom with a bunk bed (a full-size mattress over a queen), a full bathroom, and a spacious family room complete with a large sectional and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy movie nights on the widescreen TV with Chromecast, or warm up by the gas fireplace for a relaxed atmosphere.

A regulation-size foosball table, a mini fridge for chilled beverages, and a variety of board games make this level a perfect hangout space for kids and adults alike. And for those clear Vermont nights, a telescope is provided for stargazing—a guest favorite!

Bright and Spacious Second Level:

The sunlit second level boasts a beautiful living room featuring another gas fireplace, creating a cozy gathering space. The eat-in kitchen, surrounded by windows, offers unobstructed views of the mountains, making meal preparation a delight. This level also includes a full bath with attached laundry facilities and two inviting bedrooms. Step out onto the expansive deck with outdoor furniture and a dining table for eight, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. Grill up your favorites while soaking in the stunning scenery.

Comfortable Third Level:

On the third level, you'll find two full bathrooms, each equipped with a stand-in shower, along with a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds, ensuring ample space for everyone to unwind.

Restful Nights:

To guarantee restful sleep, all queen beds come with new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses and Bed Gear sleep-cool pillows, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready for another day of fun.

Things to Note

- No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee may be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

- The home is pet-friendly, but advance notice is required, and additional charges apply.

- The primary renter must be at least 24 years of age.

- Deck, fire pit, and grill may be unavailable during the winter months due to snow. Snow may also fall from the roof onto the deck- use caution.

- Propane tanks are filled at the start of the season; if the tank runs out, guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging it.

- Four-wheel drive is highly recommended. During heavy snow periods, the house may not be accessible without it.

- For your protection and ours, there are cameras in the driveway. There are no cameras in the living areas.

- A security deposit of $1500 is taken on the morning of your arrival. Please review our policies/house rules for more details.

- A vehicle is required for getting to restaurants, shops, and getting around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.

Beautiful property! The lovely home is clean and convenient to skiing/ restaurants/ shopping. Very quiet neighborhood and so relaxing. The hot tub was well maintained and easily assessable. The property actually has 6 rather than 5 bedrooms. Most bathrooms are very small. I would definitely consider renting it again

Great ski house for family gatherings. The entry boot/mud room was perfect with cubbies and boot storage, plenty of waterhog rugs that kept the snow and dirt in place. The entry level living area provided a great spot for family movies and games. Kitchen had all we needed. I had fun making some snowshoe trails on the hillside surrounding the house- many boulders and streams.
