Description

This spacious updated three-level five bedroom home is conveniently located just off East Mountain Road, situated between The Bear Mountain and Snowshed lodges. This home has all the comforts anyone could want. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub, and a large deck to see all the Vistas of Killington.

The entrance level has a mudroom to store your gear as you enter the home. There is a bedroom featuring a bunk bed, (with a Full-size mattress over a Queen mattress), a full bathroom, and a large sectional in the family room with a queen sleeper. There is a widescreen TV with Chrome for casting and a gas fireplace to provide ambiance. Additional amenities include a regulation-size foosball table and a pair of comfortable chairs to enjoy conversations together. There is also a desk and chair, perfect for those emails or Zoom calls that just can’t wait.

The second level is sunny and spacious and boasts a beautiful living room with another gas fireplace. The eat-in kitchen is surrounded by windows that offer unobstructed views of the hills and mountains. A full bath with attached laundry and two bedrooms down the hall. Open the door and step out on the large deck with bar stools to sit and enjoy the beautiful Mountain views. The deck offers a dining table with seating for 8 (when warmer weather allows outdoor dining). Cook your burgers or steaks on the grill while you enjoy the outdoors. Views from the deck are spectacular, especially when sitting on the 4 comfy stools with a connected table for your drink or snack.

The third level has two full bathrooms, each with a stand-in shower. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two twin beds.

To ensure you are well rested for the next day’s activities, all the queen-size beds are new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. These are complimented with new Bedgear sleep cool pillows providing the perfect support.
After a day of enjoying the many outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, or biking you can relax in the large outdoor hot tub. Adjacent to the hot tub is a propane fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs in a variety of colors made from recycled plastic, perfect for relaxing creek-side (spring & summer).

Sweet spot.. Got a ton of snow which was awesome and the hottub was perfect. Was really easy coordinating with the rental property team - they were super friendly and seemed to be familiar w the property which was nice.. They even double checked the hottub to confirm she would be running - awesome.. Only notes was that driveway didn't get plowed (very easily could have been our fault for poor car parking) and they actually plowed our driveway in.. which was kinda crazy. Overall the house is great - would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful, very open and spacious! All the beds were very comfortable with nice soft sheets. Bathrooms on every floor made it convenient for everyone staying. The family room and kitchen had plenty of seating and we had all the amenities of a home that we needed. The lot is nice and private with plenty of parking and quick access to Killington Mountain. The hot tub is a must use especially when its snowing!

My siblings and I and a handful of their kids have stayed here twice and have really enjoyed our stays. We stayed once a few years ago and then again a few weeks ago. The renovations made a nice difference. The living room is a really warm spot to hang out. The hot tub is one of the best features. And the rental agency is really responsive.

We had a large group that stayed and the house has the perfect location. We enjoyed the sunrises each morning from the living room and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the night just relaxing.

We were greeted by the warmth of two fireplaces and beautiful views out windows on three sides! The house was well-suited for our group of two families and friends. Plenty of space, and two living areas made it easy to spread out. Cozy feel for such a large house. All enjoyed the hot tub! Plow and sanding services were timely. One rec would be a small vacuum or electric broom for living spaces.
