If you’re planning a fall getaway to Killington, Hathaway Farm & Corn Maze is one of the best seasonal attractions in the area. Located in nearby Rutland, this third-generation working farm is home to one of the largest corn mazes in New England, plus family-friendly games, farm animals, wagon rides, and a snack shack. The farm opens each year in August and runs through the end of October.

When is the corn maze open?

The corn maze opens in late August and runs through Halloween, weather permitting. It's open six days a week and stays open late on Saturdays starting in September.

Can I bring small children?

Yes. The Mini Maze is designed specifically for younger kids and includes fun, low-difficulty paths and interactive elements.

Do I need a reservation?

No. Tickets are sold on-site and cover access to all farm attractions. Group visits or special accommodations should call ahead.

Is food available on the farm?

Yes. The Snack Shack sells light refreshments, cider, and seasonal treats. The Farm Store also carries maple syrup and other Vermont-made goods.

What should I wear?
