Winterberry Unit #4, is a distinctive and spacious 4-level, 4 bedroom townhouse and located between Killington and Pico ski areas, Wi-Fi available throughout the unit. Upon entering, you have a spacious foyer to unload your equipment and gear. Lots of windows to bring in the natural light we all love! While relaxing in the living room, enjoy the wood burning fireplace and access to your deck and personal hot tub (seats 2 at a time). During summer months you can enjoy all that being in nature has to offer. Depending on the season you can enjoy nearby activities which include: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, biking, and hiking. Close to many trails and local eateries! Overall good experience relative to the townhouse. House was clean, all systems were in good operating order and the location was extremely convenient to Pico and KILLINGTON, as well as shopping and restaurants. The only recommendation for improvement would be to more adequately stock the kitchen with sufficient quantity of flatware, dishes and cookware. For example, the unit sleeps 10 people but there were only 6 dinner plates.

The townhouse is very spacious and was perfect for our group of 8. 4 adults & 4 kids. It was in a convenient location to killington. Great mudroom for skiers, great hot tub & beautiful views! The Queen beds could be updated (not the most comfortable) & the kitchen/cookware could have been cleaner (but this may be due to prior renters). Overall a great property!

First I want to say a big thank you the Killington Rental Associates for always being there when we had questions or needed something for our stay. Their customer service is 100% and it was a joy to have that! When we first arrived at the house we thought it was a great rental for the price. Everything was clean and ready for some fresh visitors. A couple cob webs here and there but clean. We had plenty of towels, washcloths, & blankets provided for us. The few dislikes we had were, no tissues (a must in cold weather), there were no window coverings so it was awkward at night when you are trying to change and the house is lite up and you know anyone who wants to see something, easily can! Also it is enjoyable to wake up with the mountains, sun & snow as a view but it's also very bright to wake up to. We were on an adult trip so we all would have liked to sleep in a little but that is just about impossible without any shades. Also, the beds are not very comfortable. The twins mattresses aren't awful but the two queen beds definitely need to be updated. Overall, we would stay here again if there were some blinds/curtains installed and the queen beds were updated.

We fully enjoyed our stay at the Winterberry Townhouse. It was a fantastic space for our small group. The kitchen was well equipped, wifi was ok -but had its issues and the hot tub was lovely. We did run into a couple of issues with the fireplace not venting properly despite the flue being opened and the screen door on the main floor off of the kitchen being broken. Lastly, some of the mattresses are probably due for an upgrade. Everything else was fantastic and the location made for a great jumping-off point to enjoy all VT has to offer in the Fall.

We were three families staying for a long weekend Plenty of beds for all of us, a little dusty in places but overall clean enough for us. Location was great, a short drive from Killington. We would come back!
