We had some trouble figuring out the Amazon prime tv system which they used instead of cable.Had trouble locating the Olympic channel etc. there was a child lock on the prime movies as well. The hot water is great due to the tankless sytem but there was trick to get it hot. turn on the kitchen sink for a short while then the bath tub. Otherwise the volume in the tub wouldn't allow for it to heat fast enough in the beginning. The rugs could have been vacuumed better but wasn't a major issue. We loved the hot tub. the location to the trail was awesome. It was quaint and had a homey feel to it since the owners still frequent it when not in rent. the kitchen was gas that was a plus as well. Overall it was great and would rent again - especially now that we got the hic ups out of the way. HAHA

Everything was great except the tankless water heater took very very long to provide hot water to tub/shower. There was a tremendous waste of water while waiting for it to get warm. After temperature was reached it was fine but sensitive/touchy. I think repair or maintenance would work better than patience.

Staff was genuinely friendly. Check in was super easy. The condo itself is exactly what you expect. The photos are incredibly accurate. Everything was very clean, well organized, and was equipped with lots of towels, blankets, entertainment, kitchen supplies, etc.

The convenience of walking right on to the trail was the best feature. I loved being able to take my breaks in a condo rather than one of the lodges. The condo sits on my favorite part of the mountain. Location is absolutely perfect.

Only complaint was that the deck hadn't been cleared of snow prior to my arrival. The entire deck along with the chairs were covered in solid ice. However, the hot tub was completely clear of snow and ice, and was extremely easy to use.

    9.5/10

Pros - great location, roomy condo, great kitchen and great hot tub, great kitchen for cooking, Clean and roomy condo.
Cons - Couch beds are old and uncomfortable, (I have the same couch sleeper at home and these two have seen better day), pillows are rubber so bring your own, shower is hard to set - goes from hot to cold), walk up to trail is scary - steps are stacked stones so be careful when snowy or icy.
Overall a good value with some flaws - great for two or three people but no more.

William Thank you for input. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Having a ski in/ski out property is always a great perk, along with a hot tub. We have forwarded your input regarding the couch to the owner.
